FAQ
1. Are Milleona lenses safe?
Milleona lenses are CE-approved and ISO-certified. Like any contact lenses, they still need to be handled, cleaned and stored properly. If you have an eye condition or you’re not sure whether contact lenses are right for you, it’s always best to check with your eye-care professional first.
2. How long can I wear the lenses?
It depends on the lens you choose. Different Milleona products have different wear and replacement options, so always check the product page and the instructions that come with your lenses. And unless your eye-care professional has specifically told you otherwise, don’t sleep in your lenses.
3. Do you have prescription colored lenses?
Yes. Some of our colored lenses are available with corrective power. The available powers depend on the shade, so check the options on the product page or browse our Power Lenses collection.
4. Do you ship outside Lebanon?
Yes, we ship from Lebanon to customers internationally. Delivery options depend on the destination, so if you’re unsure whether we can deliver to you, just get in touch with us before ordering.
5. How long does delivery take?
According to our shipping policy, orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery is 3–6 business days within Lebanon and 7–14 business days internationally, depending on the destination. Courier, customs and holiday delays may affect these estimates.
6. Can I return or exchange contact lenses?
Contact lenses are hygiene-sensitive products, so returns and exchanges are limited. We recommend checking our current return policy before ordering, especially if you have any questions about an opened product.
7. What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us as soon as you notice the problem and keep the original packaging. Clear photos or an unboxing video can help us understand what happened and sort it out with you faster.
8. What if the lenses feel uncomfortable?
Every pair of eyes is different, and comfort can depend on fit, wear time and how the lenses are cared for. If you feel pain, ongoing redness, unusual irritation or notice a change in your vision, remove the lenses and speak with an eye-care professional.
9. How should I clean and store reusable lenses?
Always wash and dry your hands before touching your lenses. Use fresh contact lens solution, keep your lens case clean and never use tap water to clean or store your lenses. Most importantly, follow the care instructions that come with the specific lenses you’re wearing.
